I’m disappointed that they don’t have the 15′ exclusion area like city of Dallas has. HP doesn’t have it either. So, citygirl, you’ll still have to hold your breath as you run the gauntlet to get in to Houstons.

@M: Javier’s isn’t in University Park, so there is no impact. It appears that the restaurant and cigar bar is in the city of Dallas, so the Dallas ordinance would apply.
