Just paying deductibles, co-pays and for all the little things the insurance denied was a freaking fortune, so yeah - can't imagine choosing to cash and carry our health care. But I can tell you this: The Cooper Clinic invited me out to drum up publicity for their new "platinum" program, in which patients have 24/7 access to UP resident Michael Chapman as their primary-care physician.
