What Are You Trying To Say?

What do Parkies really mean?

How much money do you have? How much did you spend last week? Where did you go for spring break?

Funny, Merritt. Sad but true. I’ll save curiousity seekers the trouble.

Less now. $2000. Sewell Lexus. At least I had a fun loaner car.

Free spring break at my parents’ house about 4 hours south of here. We had the time of our lives (seriously–cookout and bonfire in the pasture, road trip to the Blue Bell Factory, kids played outside from sun-up til sundown the other days). Best and cheapest spring break I think I’ve ever had.

Yesterday afternoon we received a frantic email from a family that was “stranded” in Aspen. Apparently their flight to Dallas had been cancelled and they were inquiring as to whether anyone wanted to share a private back. The answer to the first question is that clearly some have too much.
