Central 214 Chef Hosts Ultimate Food Fight
Some of the city’s top chefs will compete for bragging rights at this year’s Dining Out in Dallas: The Battle of the Chefs, a fundraiser that will be hosted by Central 214 chef Blythe Beck. The competition, which is the signature fundraiser of the Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation, will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at the Frontiers of Flight Museum on Lemmon Avenue. For a $50 cover, attendees can sample a variety of fare and vote for the yummiest dish from restaurants such as III Forks, Dragonfly, and Hector’s, among many others. Go here for more info.
