Like Dan, “Schneider” Plaza makes me think of the One Day at a Time handyman. Maybe they could do a sequel, starring Pat Harrington as the now elderly but still fiesty handyman who makes repairs around the Plaza.
(Hey, I’ve see worse shows!)

Every time I hear "Schnider Plaza," I think of the character Schneider from the late 70s/early 80s sitcom "One Day at a Time" and picture him wandering the plaza, performing routine maintenance on all of the stores.
