Centenary Home Sees Life. And Some Yard Art.

Last week neighbors were noticing some action on the 3400 block of Marquette Centenary at the house that’s been on the market for about forever. Seriously, it’s been about 2 years, am I right? Anyway, suddenly the sign is gone and there’s a little pink and purple statue in the yard. Developing.

Isn’t that the home on Centenary?

I noticed 2 cars in the yardless-back and 1 in the front, yesterday. I’ll go undercover as a census employee.

And you’re right, Merritt. Nearly did a double take this weekend to not see the sign in the front yard and to see some signs of existence there. Funny though, it was an Allie Beth Allman listing listed by Allie Beth herself and no “sold” sign ever went up that I saw. Am thinking it must be rented.
