Billingsley Arrested in UP Again

By my count (and feel free to correct me), Marx Dale Billingsley has been picked up by University Park Police 28 times, bringing his total number of Park Cities arrests to 36.

UP Police arrested Billingsley on Aug. 7 for soliciting without a permit, just days after our own Charles Geilich spotted him in the ‘hood.

I’ll check in with Captain Leon Holman with the UPPD to see if the department is still looking into escalating charges on Billingsley. Stay tuned.

    He’s just f’n with the cops. As long as they keep arresting him, he’ll keep playing games and getting arrested.

    Okay…another sort of crime…not sure where to ask this…when your AC goes out…and it is 103 degrees…who do you call? My first quote was absolutely insane…to the point the second quote company laughed at the amount and what company #1 said had to be done to be up to code.

    If he is still soliciting then some people must still be willing to pay him for services rendered. Maybe you need to put a sign out that says, “Do not pay the solicitors.” You know, treat them like pigeons or zoo animals.

    I say we be on the lookout for him and post his whereabouts on this page. When we find him, I bet I can drive by and get him with my door, UPFD can transport him to Parkland, and the City of Dallas taxpayers can pay for his recovery! Problem solved! Brahahaaaaaaaaa

    I think I met this guy once on my street. He said he was searching for Rush Limbaugh but if he couldn’t find him he’d settle for Glen Beck. I sent him to Snyder Plaza and said if you can’t find either check the dumpster for a t-bone. That’ll give you the same result.
