Javier’s G.M. Found Dead

The body of missing Javier’s general manager Jose “Pepe” Ayala has reportedly been found near White Rock Lake. Newly minted Park Cities reporter Bradford Pearson is working on a story for Friday’s edition.     What a horrible tragedy. He had the rare gift of hospitality. He made you feel welcome, important and valued everytime you walked in the door. There could be people crammed in every inch of the joint and he’d light up at the sight of you, nothing but delighted and complimentary, you believed he was thrilled to see you. It’s rare in the restaurant business these days to see the warmth and graciousness that he had at the front of the house. My thoughts are with his family, and the entire Javiar’s family as well.
