Highland Park Cops Nab Door-To-Door Activist and the Liberals are Freaking Out

Highland Park, are you a crazy bunch of wealthy non-environmental activist harrassers? 

Door-to-door peeps are kind of creepy if you ask me. I don’t care what they’re selling, telling or promoting. But the Miranda thing? That can’t be true. Can it?

    Once a year, people from this environmentalist group come through UP. Since I actually do care about the environment, I always give them a donation. If it’s hot outside, I give them some water, too. They’re young, earnest kids trying to make a difference in the world.

    We have only one earth. We’ve done more in the last hundred years to trash it than in the previous million years (or two thousand years, depending on your stand on evolution).

    If you’re selling me something, I’m suspicious. But if you’re collecting donations for a non-profit (easily located on the web and legit, like this one) or if you’re here to talk to me about local candidates, etc, then I’m glad you stopped by. TCE is legit and he’s 100% correct that if he was a member of the Young Republicans that he’d have been told to carry on…
