Susman Has Some New Digs

I first talked with Emily Susman over a year ago, when the 2001 Highland Park High School grad was still giddy about her new business, EClaire Catering and Events.
Her downtown restaurant, EClaire Texas Cafe, is slated to open Monday  at 701 Commerce St., with a breakfast and lunch menu that includes “a little bit of everything,” Susman tells me. The traditional Coneys — tiny little hot dogs covered with thin chili — “are amazing,” she said. “I’m trying to get Dallas hooked on them.” Yeah!
