No. 1 Scots Go For Eighth Straight Win
The Highland Park baseball team, which is ranked No. 1 in Class 4A in the state, will go for its eighth consecutive victory tonight when it plays at Rockwall in a 7:30 p.m. District 10-4A game.
The Scots (22-2, 7-0) have not lost since dropping a 10-0 decision to The Woodlands, the No. 1-ranked Class 5A team in the state, on March 12.
Highland Park is in sole possession of first place in the district standings, although Rockwall-Heath is just one game behind the Scots.
