Alex Levine, Paul Wei, Kevin Yan, and Danny Ham

The Highland Park High School science team won its sixth consecutive state championship over the weekend in Austin. The Scots captured the top three places individually — Alex Levine was first, Paul Wei was second, and Danny Ham was third.

    Since Kevin Yan was seventh, it’s no wonder that their combined scores topped those of team members from any other school.
