Mike Rawlings Has No Plans to Invade Park Cities

Dallas Mayor-elect Mike Rawlings was interviewed on The Ticket this morning, and he said someone (whom he declined to name) told him his biggest problem would be the Park Cities, “because they have all the money.” Rawlings told the Musers that his incredulous response to this warning was “What do you want me to do? Take ‘em over?”

    I enjoy The Ticket as much as the next guy, but their listener demographic isn’t the most intelligent.

    The Puppeteer’s First Rule: Keep some distance between yourself and your puppet. If you allow your puppet to get too close, the audience will see your hands and the game is up. Also, it might get tangled up in the strings.

    I don’t think we have anything to worry about.
