Park Cities Residents Fill Up HPISD Coffers

At last night’s HPISD Board of Trustees meeting, the district announced its year-to-date gift amount: $5,109,218.

And since by “year” they mean fiscal year, you cats donated more than $5.1 million to your district since last September, the equivalent of more than $17.8 million tax dollars, due to Robin Hood.

I will now stop complaining (temporarily) that there are no people around to talk to for stories over the summer, since you all apparently donate a ton of money to make your schools better. Kudos.
