Jiang’s in Snider Plaza Closed?

That’s the word from our friend/Sith overlord Nancy Nichols at Side Dish. She gives a brief history of the restaurant, but says she can’t get anyone on the phone to tell her why they closed.

    Hmm….which was it, could it be the rats, roaches, improper sanitation, cross contamination of raw foods, sewage backups or poor temperature control?
