City Staff Recommends Denial of Alley Abandonment
Two weeks ago, the University Park City Council voted to table a proposed alley abandonment, citing that they needed extra time to review new documents.
Come tomorrow evening, they’ll again take it up, with city staff’s recommendation to deny Legacy Hillcrest’s abandonment request. The meeting kicks off at 5 p.m., but the City Council will meet at 3 p.m. in closed session to discuss the legal and financial implications of abandonment.
