Dirk’s “Brother” Alleges Cuban Came on to Him, Among Litany of Other Ridiculous Things

NowitzkivCuban

This is really a Preston Hollow story, but come on. Look at that headline. The above restraining order filing is from Jonathan Nowitzki, Dirk’s “brother.” It’s against Preston Hollow resident Mark Cuban, regarding things that happened at Cuban’s mansion.
Those allegations include such gems as:

“He put his tongue in my ear, and put his hands down my pants. I jumped up humiliated and told him I’m not gay.”

“Then Cuban pointed at me with a Miller in his hand and said ‘You don’t deserve to be in this country’ and said ‘You people killed my family in Auchowitz [sic]‘ and screamed at me ‘You Germans killed Jews’ and called me a Holocaust sympathizer and then threw a Miller Light at my head…”

There’s also a section about Barack Obama telling Cuban that he was actually from Kenya, another portion where Cuban allegedly tells Jonathan that he’ll cut Dirk from the team if he ever tells anyone about the incident, and lot of talk about Miller Light.

Hat-tip goes to Wilonsky, who may have heard about it on The Ticket.

UPDATE: Okay, more an observation that I missed the first time around. If he claims that he’s in the German Embassy in DC, why is the postmark in Philadelphia?

I think the most ridiculous statement is that someone could actually be drunk from six miller lights. Im pretty sure you could still legally fly a plane or perform surgery …..

Would say it’s a just another Ticket bit (bits are fun), but I don’t think they would go this far with one. I don’t think a Federal judge will be too happy to see this case wide up on their docket.
