Changes to HP Village on Docket This Morning

At just after 8 this morning, the Highland Park Town Council will discuss a plan to add 4,615 of retail space to Highland Park Village while reducing the number of surplus parking spaces by 23.

    Council passed the addition. Be on the lookout for new retail construction in HPV.
