Henderson Avenue Properties Trade Hands

Henderson Avenue is about to get a face lift.

CIM GROUP and Open Realty Advisors have announced a joint venture purchase of a large chunk of retail, restaurant, and commercial space along Henderson Avenue.

The area, previously owned by Andres Properties, includes 28 buildings spanning 130,000 square-feet along the corridor between North Central and Ross Avenue.

The new owners say they plan to continue to develop and improve the area with a mix of retail tenants.

    This is horrible news. CIM Group is a train wreck of poorly managed assets. They recently acquired Knoxbridge from Gables as well.
