Reports: Cotton Bowl to Get First Playoff Title Game
Somewhere, Jerry Jones is smiling.
Reports are trickling in that Cowboys Stadium is the “prohibitive favorite” to host the first playoff title game in January, 2015. The reports also have the Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowl as the sites for the national semis.
The BCS championship game between Alabama and Notre Dame is tonight in Miami, Fla. Texas A&M rolled past Oklahoma, 41-13, in the Cotton Bowl on Friday night.
