Stone Not Transferring to Highland Park

Rising freshman quarterback Lindell Stone will not be transferring to Highland Park after all.

Stone, who was set to start high school at Southlake Carroll, has instead enrolled at Woodberry Forest School, a boarding school in Virginia.

Stone attended head coach Randy Allen’s quarterbacks and receivers camp earlier this month.

Wow, if you know who Witt is, that is quite an accusatory thing to publish on a blog, IJS.

Actually, a pretty good call by Replay.

The “truth” about Patrick Witt proves not to be what the NYT made it to be. Boys name dragged through the mud by unproven accusations from unnamed sources, with no chance to defend himself.

Good article from Deadspin on the situation:

@ XT Clearly, there is more to the story than is printed here. Stone is a young man, so I hate to see him being put in the same bucket as Witt where even the accusations/insinuations surrounding his situation are hard to shake.
