Catch ‘Downsizing’ Seminar at Park City Club

With many families looking to downsize as parents get older, you may want to pick up some tips at the “Downsizing Made Easy” seminar from 3 to 5 p.m. on July 10 at the Park City Club.

The seminar will be given by Dave Perry Miller & Associates agent Angela McCants and Moving Memories & Mementos CEO Tach Branch-Dogans, along with Greg Dodd from Seniors Helping Seniors and Price Newton of Summit Financial Group.

Find out what questions to ask before a move, what to look for in senior-living options, and how to navigate estate sales.

“As a Preston Hollow and Park Cities Realtor who specializes in helping senior citizens and their families with their real estate needs, this part of my job is a great joy,” McCants said in a statement. Contact her for more info.

What a great idea. Also, if you have slides, negatives, old photos or videos that you want digitized (which is the best save to preserve them), connect with Ultimate Media Technology. It’s two HP 2013 graduates who have made a business of digitizing memories for clients in the Park Cities. I’ve used them and I have a lot of friends who have had slides, negatives, etc. saved this way. It’s GREAT – very high quality and MUCH less expensive than Ritz Camera. http://ultimatemediatech.com/.
