BurgerFi Brings More Award-Winning Burgers to Dallas
BurgerFi, among the nation’s fastest-growing, award-winning gourmet burger concepts, opened its first Dallas eatery this past June and already has its eye on three additional locations.
In June, BurgerFi brought sizzling goodness like the double Wagyu and brisket blend The CEO, a vegan Beyond Burger, and even a conflicted natural Angus/Veggie burger to Mockingbird Lane.
By the end of this year, the chain has plans to expand in Fort Worth (6650 North Beach Street), Prestonwood (15212 Montfort Drive), and The Arbors.
Additional BurgerFi restaurant locations are still under negotiation and targeted to open across the Metroplex in 2018-2019.
Known for its modern, eco-friendly design, BurgerFi is committed to chef-driven menu items made from scratch with recipes created from natural, fresh ingredients. The menu emphasizes 100 percent natural Angus beef, free of hormones, chemicals, and antibiotics.
The restaurants are built with an environmentally friendly design such as chairs made of upcycled Coca-Cola bottles, recycled paper countertops, Number 2 pine lumber walls (the most renewable timber source) and a 10-foot, energy-efficient fan.
Brandt Stravlo owns the new Metroplex restaurants. Maxwell Roesh is Operating Partner. According to Stravlo, “everything is made from scratch. There is no freezer in the building. The décor and products, from chairs to the ketchup packets, are made of recycled materials. We are excited to introduce BurgerFi to these Dallas/Fort Worth cities and to build long-lasting relationships giving back to the communities where we are located.”
