Judy Riscky Burke
Judy Riscky Burke, age 71, of Dallas passed away peacefully in her home Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Judy was born on Sept. 7, 1940, in Fort Worth, Texas and attended Carter Riverside High School. She attended Texas Tech University where she was a Zeta Tau Alpha, and later graduated from the University of North Texas.
Judy enjoyed raising her three children and was an avid collector of antiques. She had a smile that could light up a room, even after a life-changing car accident in 1987. Judy will be missed by all who knew her.
Judy is survived by her three children, Tyler Frank Burke, Todd Edward Burke, and Caroline Burke Nelson; nine grandchildren; brother, Jimmy Riscky; sister, Patti Harrington; and their families. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, June and Pete Riscky.
