Park Cities Dentists to Volunteer Their Time
Call it a smile-generating mission: Twelve dentists and four hygienists from Park Cities Dental will volunteer their time Friday during Dentistry From the Heart, a free program for low-income patients that’s taking hold across the country (in a grassroots way).
The office is already fully booked with about 100 patients in need of basic care, said spokeswoman Allison Griffin, but she still hopes to get the word out.
“We want more people to know about it and get involved for next year, so that the services can be expanded,” Griffin said.
