The Street Department is staging barricades w/ lights at intersections frequently subject to flash flooding, so that if they are needed they will be quickly put in place.
The City’s website has a map of high-water locations (see link below).
Some of the first intersections to flood typically are McFarlin @ Williams Parkway, McFarlin @ Park St., University @ Park, University @ Williams Parkway, Hillcrest @ Southwestern, Hillcrest @Caruth and Amherst @ Durham.
