George W. Bush Bikes With Wounded Vets

We’re always wondering what the former president is up to, and last weekend, the PH resident hosted a mountain bike ride to honor service members injured in Iraq and Afghanistan.

From Thursday through Saturday, Bush and 19 wounded veterans biked Palo Duro Canyon State Park as part of the Bush Institute’s Warrior 100K Ride. The three-day trek near Amarillo was “not a race, but a celebration,” said Bush to the Dallas Morning News. For their full story, click here.
