Dough Pizzeria Napoletana is Worth a Visit

“Open until the fresh mozzarella is out” is written on the doors of Dough Pizzeria, a new pizza parlor in Preston Forrest Square, and boy is the mozzarella fresh.

Today, I went by for a media lunch and tried a bit of everything. Now that they’ve been open for some time now, they have almost perfected their menu, and created some really delicious dishes.

From their burrata caprese salad to their Preston Hollow pizza, I left wanting to come back for more, very soon. My favorite, the Pork Love pizza, quenched my carnivorous appetite, and left me stuffed. Made with their home made mozzarella, salami, sausage, and pancetta, I could not help but grab a second, (actually third) slice of it.

For a full write up on Dough Pizzeria, check out my story in the June 1 edition of Preston Hollow People. But in the mean time, check out Dough for yourself in the 11900 block of Preston Road.
