Teens Climb Highland Park Middle School
On Friday night, a vistor to the Park Cities called police to report several teens were on top of Highland Park Middle School.
At 9:51 p.m., the officers found the juveniles and released them back to their parents.
Although I can’t condone trespassing on school property, I couldn’t help but wonder how they were able to get on the roof.
Update: UPPD said the teens were able to access the roof through a maintenance hatch from inside the school. The school was opened for a function so no break in occurred. I’m just glad no one was climbing drain pipes.
