Keith Warren Cecil III
Keith Warren Cecil III passed away Tuesday morning, Oct. 8, at Baylor Hospital. He had been in a five-year battle with the worst kind of heart disease. He was 52 years old.
Keith was born in Lubbock, Texas, on April 30, 1961. He attended Highland Park schools and graduated from the University of Texas, where he was a member of Pike Fraternity.
He was a member of the Boy Scouts and enjoyed bird hunting, auctions, and antiques. In the twilight of his life, he became an artist. Keith was very adaptable in business and over the years worked in banking, picture framing, real estate, IT, telecom, and as a broker for auctions.
Keith is survived by his daughters, Brooke, 17, and Caroline, 15; his mother, Mary Catherine; and his brother, Eric.
A small service is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 8011 Douglas Ave.
