It’s Time For An Easter ‘Eggstravaganza’
With Easter right around the corner, the city of University Park will hold its annual “Eggstravaganza” festivities on Saturday in Goar Park.
The highlight of the event, which is designed for children 8 and under, is an Easter egg hunt, of course, which begins at 10 a.m. Participation is free.
Other happenings get underway around 9:30 a.m., including a contest for the best-decorated Easter basket, as well as bounce houses, face painting, a petting zoo, pictures with the Easter Bunny, and music and refreshments.
