Join the Highland Park Library during the week of April 12-18 to celebrate National Library Week. This year’s theme is Unlimited Possibilities @ Your Library.

National Library Week works to highlight the role of libraries and librarians as agents of change in the community. Librarians help communities embrace digital and traditional learning resources: online databases, e-books, reading programs, story times, etc.

Visit the Children’s Room at the HP Library to see this year’s theme come to life through the unlimited possibilities of student artwork. Mixed media, collages, paintings, and other pieces from HPISD students grades kindergarten through 8 will be on display until May.

If you don’t have a library card, stop by and apply for one while checking out the creative pieces from HP students.
