Lady Scots Finish First in Classroom
Five members of the girls track and field team at Highland Park High School were recognized on the all-state team by the Texas Girls Coaches Association.
The HP honorees include Gabby Crank, Claire Crofford, Kara Davis, Connie Jehng, and Julia McDonald. All are seniors who maintained at least a 94 average.
Crank also was chosen as one of 15 members of the TGCA all-state team for classes 5A and 6A, and will be recognized at the TGCA coaching clinic in July in Austin.
