Food Critic Morgan Murphy Visits Edgemere
Food critic Morgan Murphy visited Edgemere retirement community to talk about his 1,500-mile road trip through the South for his new best-selling book “On the Road Again.”
Murphy traveled through 15 Southern states and stopped at 60 restaurants to write the book.
His talk, part of the Red Carpet Speaker series, was followed by a Q&A session and then a book signing.
Aside from being a food critic, Murphy is a commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve and a veteran of the war in Afghanistan, for which he won the Meritorious Defense Service Medal among others.
