Police Report: Nov. 17 to 22

17 TUESDAY

Between 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 16 and 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 17, a burglar broke into a vehicle in the 4200 block of Shorecrest Drive and stole cash.

Between 10 p.m. on Nov. 16 and 8:32 a.m. on Nov. 17, a thief stole property from an unlocked vehicle in the 10600 block of Pagewood Drive.

Between 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 16 and 9 a.m. on Nov. 17, a crook broke into a shed in the 4800 block of West Lovers Lane and stole office equipment.

Between 4 and 4:30 p.m., a shoplifter stole merchandise from Macy’s at NorthPark Center. Christopher Diane Lewis, 61, was arrested on a theft charge.

At 6:05 p.m., a robber assaulted someone and stole two bags of diamonds in a parking lot at Preston Royal Village.

18 WEDNESDAY

Between 5 p.m. on Nov. 17 and 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 18, a thief stole property from two unlocked vehicles at an apartment complex in the 7600 block of Greenway Boulevard.

Between 4 p.m. on Nov. 17 and 9 a.m. on Nov. 18, a burglar broke into a vehicle in the 6000 block of Lakehurst Avenue and stole property.

Between 8 p.m. on Nov. 17 and 9 a.m. on Nov. 18, a miscreant stole firearms from an unlocked vehicle in the 6000 block of Glendora Avenue.

Between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., a lawbreaker stole a wallet and set of keys from a desk inside a business in the 8200 block of Preston Road.

Between 5 and 5:15 p.m., a malefactor broke into a vehicle at Town North YMCA and stole property.

At 5:30 p.m., a rapscallion stole a parcel from a front porch in the 5500 block of Preston Haven Drive.

19 THURSDAY

Between 8 p.m. on Nov. 18 and 7:50 a.m. on Nov. 19, a thief stole electronics from an unlocked vehicle in the 4100 block of Valley Ridge Road.

20 FRIDAY

Between 2 p.m. on Nov. 19 and 6:20 a.m. on Nov. 20, a burglar broke into St. Francis Anglican Church in the 3800 block of Walnut Hill Lane and stole property.

Between 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 19 and 8:15 a.m. on Nov. 20, a wrongdoer stole property from an unlocked garage in the 5500 block of Meadow Crest Drive.

Between 10 a.m. and 12:40 p.m., an intruder broke into a house in the 4900 block of Mill Run Road and stole jewelry.

Between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., a scofflaw broke into a vehicle in the 4300 block of West Northwest Highway and stole cash.

21 SATURDAY

Between 3:25 and 4:41 a.m., a burglar broke into Ulta at Preston Forest Village and stole merchandise.

At 9:41 a.m., a hoodlum stole a vehicle at Walgreens in the 3700 block of West Northwest Highway.

Between 9 a.m. on Nov. 20 and 1 p.m. on Nov. 21, a vandal broke windows on two vehicles at a townhome complex in the 5700 block of Preston Haven Drive, but didn’t steal anything.

At 1:03 p.m., a larcenist broke into a vehicle at St. Mark’s School of Texas and stole cash.

At 3:33 p.m., two shoplifters stole merchandise from Tom Thumb in the 7100 block of Inwood Road.

Between 5 and 5:30 p.m., a shoplifter stole clothing from Dillard’s at NorthPark Center. Alonso Jose Martinez, 26, was arrested on a theft charge.

22 SUNDAY

Between 8 a.m. on Nov. 20 and 1 p.m. on Nov. 22, a thief stole firearms from an unlocked garage in the 4900 block of Thunder Road.
