ESD left little doubt that it remains the best boys lacrosse team in the SPC.

The Eagles dominated the conference tournament over the weekend on their home field by winning three games by a combined margin of 46-11. It marks their third consecutive SPC crown.

After easy victories over Bellaire Episcopal and Houston Christian in the first two rounds on Friday, ESD cruised past rival St. Mark’s 12-4 in the title game on Saturday. The Lions were the last SPC team to beat the Eagles in 2013.

ESD (12-1) will finish the regular season with games against Jesuit on Friday and Flower Mound on April 26 before opening the Texas High School Lacrosse League playoffs the next week. The Eagles reached the state semifinals last season.
