HP Gymnasts Claim Silver in Rockwall

Highland Park sophomore Tatum Meeks finished third in the all-around standings at the Rockwall Invitational meet.

Highland Park posted a runner-up finish in the girls team standings at the Rockwall Invitational meet on Jan. 26.
Tatum Meeks won on vault for the Lady Scots. She also was third on balance beam and third in the all-around standings. Lily Overton finished second on uneven bars and fifth in all-around.
Other HP gymnasts placing in the top 10 in various events included Allison Waters, Katherine Downing, Holland Meeks, and Cameron Walker.
The Lady Scots will return to action on Feb. 9 at the Mark Williams Invitational meet in Euless. The HP boys will compete in Euless on Feb. 10.
