Lady Scots Set for District Opener
Now is the time for Highland Park to show if it’s destined for another playoff run this season.
After battling injuries and inconsistency during a rigid nondistrict schedule, the Lady Scots will start District 15-5A play on Friday with a road match at Royse City.
HP carries some momentum into the district opener after a sweep of Plano (25-22, 25-15, 25-21) on Tuesday that snapped a two-match skid and gave the Lady Scots their first non-tournament win of the season.
HP also will seek its first true road victory of the season today after dropping matches against Byron Nelson, Midlothian, and Rockwall-Heath.
