Class To Teach Children Physical, Mental Benefits of Yoga

Yoga isn’t just for mom anymore, and this Friday you can let your children embrace a little ‘Sol’ searching.

Open to children five and older, yoga instructor Christine Choucair will host a class this Friday, July 13, for children five and older at The Tot Playhouse on West Lovers Lane.

The class will explore playful yoga movement, breathing, meditation, and creative expression through a variety of exercises, crafts, and games. Children are empowered to connect within, building confidence, empathy, and emotional regulation.

The class is $17 and mats are provided.

Parents are not required to stay for the class. The Tot will offer 10 percent off store merchandise during the class, so feel free to hang around and do a little shopping.
