Fast Start Helps Coach Earn Mat Milestone
A shortened schedule this season hasn’t stopped longtime Highland Park wrestling coach Tim Marzuola from reaching another milestone.
Marzuola earned his 700th career dual win last week. Marzuola has been at HP for three decades over two separate stints, not counting six years he spent coaching in South Carolina.
At any rate, the Scots are off to another strong start in a season that has been delayed and shortened by statewide COVID-19 precautions. HP is scheduled to compete in its final home meet on Saturday against Plano, Arlington Seguin, and Frisco Reedy.
