Charles, my last few trips to Tom Thumb have been pleasant. Staff friendly but not intrusive. One clerk thanked me by name, but quietly, not an announcement. Someone from TTh reads this blog. Thank you.

And I like Panera’s bagels. (Need to stay on topic.)
