Where Are Best Christmas Displays?

My wife and I took our sons on a tour of Highland Park last night, and I was blown away by the series of Jack-in-the-boxes on Rheims Place. Seen any other Christmas decorations that stand above the rest?

@James – BEST display in the Dallas-area (IMO at least)! Love it!

Christmas displays = another reason I wish I were a Parkie. Have to share this bit of tackiness which appeared in my neighborhood, though: Someone lined their sidewalk and lawn with colored lights on stakes in the ground. Ok….not bad. But for the next effect they covered each light with the bottom half of a gallon milk jug turned upside down. Even worse: they didn’t bother to remove the labels!!!

I wonder if Larry The Cable Guy took a wrong turn…

Be sure to patronize the hot chocolate stand the neighborhood kids occasionally have in front of the jack-in-the boxes on Rheims. Check with the kids but past proceeds have gone to a Toys for Tots.
