Fuel City Grabs National Press

Earlier this month, Georgia Fisher profiled Highland Park resident John Benda, owner of Fuel City, the gas station/ cattle ranch/ taqueria/ bacchanalia on Riverfront Boulevard.

I can only assume the Wall Street Journal reads Park Cities People, since they mentioned Fuel City in an article Saturday.

Check it out.

So, do they really have the best tacos in Dallas? Comments are open.

Fuel City tacos are delicous! And FYI, they were voted the best in Texas, not just Dallas.

I’ve tried many taquerias all over town. Some places may have one or two tacos on the menu that are better than Fuel City, but comparing the whole menu versus others, FC is the best IMO. Especially when you grab a cold tall boy and sit at the picnic tables over by the longhorns.

Umm, yes. Every bite is a little slice of heaven in my mouth. There’s also an eloteria sitting right outside the order window that’s pretty yummy.
