Highland Belles Get a Taste of Gold at Nationals

The Highland Belles won four first-place medals at the Contest of Champions national drill team and dance competition in Orlando, Fla. The Belles bested 38 other teams to win gold in pom, military, jazz, and overal among extra-large teams. Other medals include a second-place showing in kick, third place in the all-around pom category, second place all-American, and sixth place in lieutenants. While nationals are extremely competitive, the Highland Belles placed 15th overall.
