Guess that’s why he stopped to check on the victim before driving away.

Ms. Condon was not jogging. She was simply crossing the street.
No “life threatening injuries”, but required surgery with multiple broken bones
To be clear, the driver/ paramedic who stopped by the scene of the accident was in fact the driver of the car who hit Ms. Condon while turning onto Hillcrest.
The driver left the scene of the accident before the paramedics or police arrived. Why aren’t charges being filed for, at the very least, leaving the scene of an accident? A paramedic would certainly know better. What reason could he have to leave the scene?
The victim was publicly identified, why hasn’t the driver been publicly identified?
