Dallas Country Club Schedules Gala

I picked up a copy of the Dallas Country Club’s newsletter while having breakfast there this morning with raconteur Buddy Macatee, a club member and Park Cities People columnist. The newsletter says the grand-opening gala for the new clubhouse is scheduled for April 11.

The newsletter also says Patton Chapman, Tim Costello, Matt Jones, Mike Massad, and Ray Nixon will begin serving three-year terms on the club’s Board of Governors come Jan. 1. Retiring from the board are Fred Ball, Mark Connell, Brooks Cullum, Bob Schoenvogel, and Sam Swanson.
