Does That Hurt, Scots Fans? Does It Hurt?

I just left the Scots’ basketball game at Pearce with cub reporter Zachary Koller. (“What’s that coach doing, Daddy? What’s that noise, Daddy?”) Two banners hanging below one basket caught my eye:

“Leave Skirts to Girls”

“Daddy Can’t Buy This Game”

As I left left the game last night i was surrounded by a number of scots whose sole objective was to disappear the ” ‘t ” in the daddy sign. I’m not sure whether that happened.

Were there any HP signs saying “We beat you in AcDec?” I didn’t think so. HP was 2nd in regionals and Pearce third. But the teams are friendly and cheer for each other.

Dan, I see a book in the making with words of wisdom from Cub Reporter, and people watcher, Zachary Koller. He adds perspective to your sports coverage!

Richardson must be past 635 or else I would have heard about it at some point.

Pearce continues to maintain 3rd place as an HP-wannabe, right behind Plano West and far behind Southlake. When you’re at the top, everybody’s shooting at you.
