Did you see today’s story featuring Ruthie’s Rolling Cafe in this week’s edition of Park Cities People? Well if not, check it out. The owners of the food truck are Highland Park residents and just bought two new food trucks; one will serve Philly cheese steaks, and the other will be for crepes.
