Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

Timothy Hamilton, 43, was arrested Thursday for indecent exposure after he was seen masturbating in a car outside of Highland Park High School on Monday afternoon.

University Park Police Department Capt. Leon Holman said investigators immediately recognized the name as Hamilton had been convicted of indecent exposure in 2011.

Last year, he committed the same act in front of sorority houses just northeast of SMU’s campus.

    Geez…how many of these offenses does it take to get someone off the street? Good job to the UP police for catching this dirtbag.

    highland park high school is goverment property and you do not go there unless you have business there iam sure that guy will get sent to prison.

    Does he have a raspy voice? Does he have an alibi for Monday night’s SMU attack around 9:10 p.m.? “The attacker was described as a white man wearing a dark hoodie, dark jeans and dark-colored tennis shoes who spoke with a deep, raspy voice, according to the report.”

    Searched the online Texas sex offender system, and I do not see this suspect listed. He should be listed if convicted in 2011. Any ideas why he is not listed?

    Indecent exposure must not be a crime for which one is put into the sex offender database.

    This is a misdemeanor, does not have to register as a sex offender and DB he will NOT go to prison.
